Return Policy

We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days from the tracked delivery date. 

There are two return options:

1. The return amount may be used as credit towards a future supplement order 

2. A full refund less a 15% restocking fee will be issued

The customer must contact us at orders@eatnakedkitchen prior to returning product(s). The refund or credit will be issued once the product return is received and inspected by our team. We do not give refunds or credit on opened/used products. We reserve the right to refuse any refund for any request that does not meet the above requirements. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days with a shipping credit issued.
